In an effort to become more environmentally friendly, please opt to use the available ceramic coffee mugs instead of paper. Please also do not forget to wash your cup once you are finished.

It is recommended that a quarter is donated for every magazine you take. At the end of the first quarter, we will count the donations and give to a local charity.

Aruna: The last three or four months, I've had many data reconciliation problems.  Aruna assisted me every time I had an issue, even on the weekends.

Matt: Matt prioritized my request so I was able to pass along some vital information sooner rather than later. To spite his heavy workload, Matt always takes time to help with our concerns. Thanx Matt! You are appreciated!

Kris: I have been filling in for an AAM co-worker who has been out on leave, and during my interactions with Kris she has been nothing short of spectacular.  She has been extremely quick to respond to any question or request that I have had and she has been so helpful to me regarding problems that I have encountered or documents that I may not have fully understood.  It has been a pleasure working with her.

Liz C.: She sent an electronic Christmas card and is just an all around wonderful person!

Jennifer: I just want to say thank you to Jennifer on how proactive and thorough she is.  She always goes out of her way to help and give guidance. She is accurate and friendly and a pleasure to work with. I have never heard a bad word about her, that's for sure.  All of Client Services staff hold her in high regard.  You are lucky to have someone like her working for you :)

Aruna: Aruna did a great job training me on the process of getting  1099 forms prepared to mail out to vendors that require them. I now have the understanding of the process and will be able to do it solo next year.

Emily: Emily always seems to be in great spirits when working. She makes it easy to approach her, and is always willing to help others.

Taylor: For being a caring, and supportive boss. She really cares about her employees, and really does treat us like her "family."

Lisa: Lisa went out of her way to assist in getting all of the foreign returns uploaded before the month's end, in addition to performing her daily duties for CTC. Thank you Lisa, you have been a huge help!

Sara: They have worked hard on clearing up the discrepancies on my reconciliations between the General Ledger and the Subsidiary Ledger.

Uday: They have worked hard on clearing up the discrepancies on my reconciliations between the General Ledger and the Subsidiary Ledger.

Anne: Having zero outstanding claims is really nice.

John W.: John has worked diligently tracking down, diagnosing and solving a number of significant, fundamental data problems that have developed recently. This has covered the OND and POS arenas and required substantial research and effort to solve.  These solutions have enabled us to continue meeting incentive requirements from multiple publishers.

Catherine: Catherine is always very patient and kind with me while I learn new duties and further my knowledge on existing tasks. She always goes the extra mile to help me learn and it's very appreciated.

Matt: Matt is always aiding me in the upkeep and maintenance of the coffee machine. Last week we had technical problems with the machine and he took the time to not only understand the problem, but fix it in my absence. His teamwork with me on a consistent basis is much appreciated and goes above and beyond any expectations.

Anne: Anne's number was the only one I could find on my notes to help with Edge.  She isn't even the "edge trainer" anymore, and she helped me out like it was her job!  She was calm and patient, and extremely friendly.  She is truly a PLEASURE to speak with!
